Frequently asked questions

Can I directly rewrite existing PDF text?

No. This is a visual PDF editor, not a Word-style content editor. Cover existing content with Whiteout and place new text above it when you need a visual replacement.

Is my PDF uploaded?

No. The PDF is loaded, edited and exported inside your browser.

Can I edit more than one page?

Yes. Select pages from the thumbnail sidebar and add independent elements to each page.

Does zoom change the exported placement?

No. Zoom changes only the editor viewport. Stored positions remain in PDF page points.

Does exporting modify my original file?

No. Export creates a separate file with -edited added to its name.

Which images can I add?

PNG and JPEG images are supported, including transparent PNG signatures.
